WPD Pharmaceuticals Inc. (CSE: WBIO)(FSE: 8SV1) has no active business operations currently. The Company’s sole asset is shares in its former subsidiary in Poland named WPD Pharmaceuticals Sp. zo.o.  The Company lost control of the Polish company on November 25, 2022 as a result of a restructuring. The Company’s shares in the Polish company currently represent approximately 7% of the total issued shares of the Polish company. The Polish company is a biotechnology research and development company with a focus on oncology, namely research and development of medicinal products involving biological compounds and small molecules

The shares of WPD Pharmaceuticals are subject to cease trade orders issued by the BC and Ontario Securities Commissions and are not currently trading on the CSE. There can be no assurance that the cease trade orders will be revoked or that the Company’s shares will recommence trading on the CSE.
